Objectives: Stay in shape and maintain muscle memory.
Video features: World-class athletic fencer for demonstrations, Pre-recorded to be played at your convenience, professional editing, onscreen display banner of the ongoing exercise, onscreen 20-second display banner of the upcoming exercise, and motivating music.

What Online Class Is Like

In these 1 hour classes, you will improve your fitness, stamina, flexibility, footwork, handwork, and drilling techniques for the weapon of your choice – Epee, Foil, or Saber. You can easily improve your fencing skills on your own time from the safety of your home. You can watch these pre-recorded videos whenever is most convenient for you and spend as much time on each lesson as you like. The objectives of these classes are to stay in shape and maintain muscle memory so you can still be the fencer you want to be. To stay fit and achieve your goals, you will enjoy a number of exercises that will engrain the proper fencing techniques into your muscle memory as you continue to repeat them. As an added bonus, they will also keep you in shape.
These pre-recorded videos feature a world-class athletic fencer for demonstrations, professional editing, an onscreen display of the ongoing exercise, an onscreen 20-second display of the upcoming exercise, and motivational music. The only things required to join these classes are a healthy body, a glove, a weapon, fencing shoes, and a 3'x10 ′ clear space (preferably wood flooring). These classes are perfect for all levels, from beginners to advanced fencers.
